What was the highlight of Sakti Garden Resort & Spa
Exceptional
The room was very nice, and the greenery inside the hotel was perfect. The food was fine, and the staff was very friendly.
The swimming pool was 1.75 meters deep, which wasn’t very comfortable for my girlfriend, as she’s short and couldn’t stand easily . A depth of around 1.65 meters would be more ideal for a pool.

Wonderful
The staff at Sakti Gardens went over and above to make my family and myself comfortable. Even when there were slight issues with our rooms, the manager came down and sorted it out immediately, moving us to different rooms. I really appreciate the care and assistance.
Long walking distances to rooms if you have anyone with mobility issues.

What was the highlight of Sakti Garden Resort & Spa
Great stay in the hotel, but for us, has some issues.
Breakfast buffet was good with a very good choice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely and spacious, as was the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well.
People smoking around the pool area was very unpleasant. Also at breakfast, the tables nearest the lobby, were once again subjected to smoke. Our room was a distance from reception with quite a few steps, anybody with mobility issues, like us, found it a challenge.

Lovely property with great staff
Smell in room caused by mould due to rising damp. Hard in a rainforest on the side of a hill to prevent.
